Payment

Please make cheques payable to Newcastle University. All cheques must be in Pounds Sterling. Cancellations must be in writing and received before June 10, 2007. Cancellations are subject to a �50 processing fee. Substitutions are allowed at any time. To qualify for the advance registration discount, form and payment must be received by the deadline. Registrations received after the deadline will be charged at the late/on-site rate.

Registration Fees

	FULL CONFERENCE Includes all sessions, workshops, Monday welcome reception, breaks, lunches, the Wednesday excursion and banquet, proceedings on CD, and the supplemental volume. The Student rates do not include lunches or the Wednesday excursion and banquet.		WORKSHOP ONLY Includes a single-day workshop of your choice, Monday welcome reception, breaks, and lunch on the day of the workshop, and the supplemental volume.		TUTORIALS Includes the chosen tutorial(s), breaks, and lunch on Monday, Monday welcome reception, and tutorial handouts.
